Although you receive the complete finished drum sound of Superior Drummer's 3 presets, mixed 100% inside the plug-in and only one output is routed to the DAW, it is still possible to set side-chain compression of the bass against the kick.
The attached screenshot shows what settings work for me. Of course, you can adapt the settings to your needs. What affects the result the most is to set the side-chain mode to "Free" and filter the frequencies so that only the lower ones are triggered. The critical frequency for kick in this case is about 50-80Hz.
